The Rodanthe-Waves-Salvo (RWS) Civic Association is a voluntary membership organization open to residents, businesses, and homeowners who feel a special connection to the Tri-Villages of Hatteras Island.

We conduct various events throughout the year and share information about what's happening in our little corner of the world.
